How to use mimpi.io

In every studio, the Cost chip under the prompt box — or the price on the button — shows exactly what the next run takes. Tap the Cost chip for a breakdown, your balance and a Top up button. It turns amber when you don’t have enough.

• Sign up: 200 ✦ once, free.
• Buy a pack: from B$5.90 for 700 ✦. Tap your ✦ balance, then Top up. Pack Sparks don’t expire while your account is active.
• Subscribe: a monthly or yearly allowance at a cheaper rate, plus more free chat each day. Tap your ✦ balance, then Subscribe.
• Redeem a code: tap your ✦ balance, then Top up, type it under Have a code? and tap Redeem. You don’t have to buy anything.
• Share your work: earn Sparks when new people remix or cover it — see Sharing & rewards.
• Get featured: 50 ✦ when your result is picked as a look’s example — see Getting featured on a look.

• Kitamao Kredit is the Brunei-dollar balance in your Kitamao ID wallet, and it’s taken straight away. You add Kredit in your Kitamao ID account (account.kitamao.id → Wallet). That isn’t instant, so top up before you need it.
• Card: tap Card at the top of the sheet. You pay on Stripe’s secure page and come back to mimpi when it’s done. Your Sparks usually appear within seconds.

• Plan Sparks reset to the full allowance at each renewal — they don’t pile up. Annual plans give the whole year up front.
• If you have plan Sparks and pack Sparks, plan Sparks are used first, so your pack Sparks last longest.
• A plan paid with Kredit renews from your Kredit each month (or year). If there isn’t enough Kredit on renewal day, the plan ends.
• To stop a plan, tap your ✦ balance, then Manage and Cancel subscription. You keep this period’s Sparks until it ends and aren’t charged again. There’s no refund for the current period. To switch plans, cancel the one you have first.

Its Sparks come back on their own — the message says Sparks refunded. If it says Sparks not back yet, the run may still be finishing; check your history in a few minutes. Refunds always go to your permanent balance, so a plan reset never takes them. Two things don’t count as failures: a run you cancel yourself, and a song where one of its two tracks plays. The Refund Policy has the details.

Tap your ✦ balance, then Spark history, to see every Spark in and out: what you made, refunds, top-ups, codes, creator rewards and featured picks. Tap Show older for earlier entries.

Phone: Dream → Create. Computer: Studios → Create. Or type an idea on Home and tap the arrow.

1. Type what you want to see in the box at the bottom — for example “a paper boat on a river of stars”.
2. Check the Cost chip. The default engine, GPT Image 2.5 Flare, costs 10 ✦ a picture.
3. Tap the arrow, or press Enter. Your picture appears above the box, usually within a minute.
4. Tap the picture to open it large.

• Model picks the engine — the AI that draws. Each one lists its price and what it’s good at.
• Settings sets the shape, how many pictures per run (each extra picture costs the full price again) and, on some engines, the quality, which changes the price.
• Use a template (on an empty page, or Settings → Template) is a short form for jobs like a room makeover, a product shot or a poster. mimpi writes the prompt and picks the engine; you can still edit it.
• Settings → Vibe adds a style — Anime, Watercolour, Cinematic and more — in one tap, free.
• The wand, Enhance prompt, rewrites a short idea into a richer one, and Undo brings yours back. It costs no Sparks but uses one of your daily chat messages.

While you type, a Tip may suggest a better-suited engine and its price. It never switches for you.

Tap the picture icon at the left of the box, then Upload or one of your recent pictures, and say what to do with it. If the engine you picked can’t use photos, mimpi switches to one that can and tells you its price.

Under every picture: Keep (a private bookmark), Remix (loads the same sentence, settings and photos, ready to dream again), Animate (turns it into a video), Share (send the picture itself, or turn on Share to Explore and send its link) and More: Download, Use as reference, Copy sentence, Edit in Studio, Open in Alchemy and Delete. Opened from the Gallery, More also has Redream, which makes new versions — it shows its price, and you tap it a second time to confirm.

• You can run several at once. Every tap of send is a new paid run.
• A failed picture shows Retry with its price, and asks you to confirm — it’s a new paid run.
• You can leave the page: pictures still being made carry on and appear when you come back in the same browser.
• Create shows what you made this visit. Everything is kept in Gallery.

1. Tap Chat, then New dream chat.
2. Type what you’d like — “Draw a lighthouse in a storm” — and send. The Cost chip shows the price first: new chats start on GPT Image 2.5 Flare at 10 ✦ a picture.
3. To change the picture, just reply: “make it night”, “add rain”. Refine jumps to the box. A Try next chip puts its suggestion in the box; Send shows the price and makes it.

• Chatting is free for 30 messages a day, and more on a plan. You only pay Sparks when a picture is made. Picture messages, Try next chips and the ✨ Enhance button all count as messages.
• Questions and planning (“any ideas?”) get answers, not pictures. Start with “Draw…” or “A photo of…” when you want one.
• Each message makes one picture at most.
• Some engines can’t work from a picture. On those, changes run on Flux Kontext at 35 ✦, and the chat tells you before you send.
• Add your own photos with the picture icon next to the box, then say what to do with them.
• Ask for a song and mimpi writes the lyrics, title and style — free. Tap Open in Music to make it there (30 ✦ for 2 versions).
• Pictures made in chat are also saved to your Gallery. Share them to Explore from there.
• Rename a chat by tapping its title. Delete it with the bin (tap twice). Deleting a chat keeps its pictures in Gallery.
• Start a new chat for a new idea — very long chats slowly forget their first messages.

Phone: Dream → Video. Computer: Studios → Video. Or tap Animate on any picture to start from it.

1. Describe the motion — what moves, and how — in the box.
2. Optional: tap the picture icon to start from a picture. It becomes the first frame.
3. Model picks the engine. Settings picks the length, the shape, a camera move and an effect.
4. Check Cost and send. Clips usually take 1–5 minutes, and premium engines up to 10. You can leave and come back.

From 48 ✦ (Seedance Lite, 4 seconds). With sound, from 136 ✦ (Veo 3.1 Lite, 4 seconds). Longer clips and premium engines cost more — see Pricing.

On a finished clip, tap Continue this clip (the skip-forward icon) to start a new clip from its last frame. With two or more clips, tap Join clips, tap them in order, then Join (3 ✦).

Clips live on the Video page — your 24 most recent — not in Gallery. Each has save (download) and open, a heart, a lock to share it to Explore, and a bin. A shared clip can be watched and downloaded by anyone, and shows its prompt.

• Make the picture in Create first, then Animate it. It’s the surest way to control how the clip looks.
• Camera moves and effects are hints — an engine can ignore them.
• Retry on a failed clip shows its price and asks you to confirm. It’s a new paid run.

Phone: Dream → Music. Computer: Studios → Music.

1. Describe the song you can hear in your head — the genre, the voice, the mood.
2. Tap Instrumental if you don’t want singing.
3. Tap Dream it. A song costs 30 ✦ and gives you 2 versions to choose from, in a few minutes.

Tap Custom. Add a title, a style (or tap a ready-made one) and your lyrics. The wand writes lyrics for you (5 ✦). Choose Any voice, Female or Male.

Tap Your audio, then Record (sing, hum or play, up to 60 seconds) or Choose a file. Give it a style, then tap Dream cover (30 ✦). Leave the lyrics empty to keep the original words. Only use your own voice or playing, or audio you have permission to use.

More options has the engine (Standard, Quick or Wild — same price), Boost Mode for a steadier song (60 ✦), and sliders for how adventurous it gets. Reset to default undoes them.

Tap a cover to play it. Tap the wand on a song for its lyrics and these:

• Cover — remake it in a new style · 30 ✦
• Reuse prompt — load its style and lyrics into a new song · free
• Extend — carry on from a moment you pick · 30 ✦. Then Merge parts joins them into one track · 3 ✦
• Remaster — higher quality · 30 ✦
• Separate layers — vocals and instruments apart · 5 ✦
• Download MP3 — free

Tap the lock on a song, then choose in Share to Explore: Let others cover it (they pay for their own cover, anyone can also download the MP3, and you earn creator rewards) and Show my prompt on Explore (for a song, the prompt is its style description). Then tap Share song. Songs made from your own audio can’t be shared.

• If a song fails, your Sparks come back. A song counts as made when at least one of its two tracks plays.
• If it says “Music is busy right now”, nothing was charged. Try again in a few minutes.

Phone: Dream → Studio. Computer: Studios → Studio. Or tap Edit on any picture.

1. Tap Open an image, or arrive from Edit.
2. Whole picture: describe the change, then tap Reimagine scene · 35 ✦.
3. One thing: tap Find objects · 21 ✦, tap the object you want, describe the change, then Apply to selection · 43 ✦. One scan covers as many edits as you like.
4. Remove background (16 ✦) cuts out the subject.
5. Tap Export PNG to download.

Crop, brightness and filters, text, shapes and layers are free, and Undo / Redo covers every step.

• Studio saves your project in this browser only. It isn’t added to Gallery and doesn’t follow you to other devices — tap Export PNG to keep a copy.
• Studio keeps one project at a time. Starting from a new picture replaces the current project — it asks you first, so export anything you want to keep.
• Cancel job · no refund stops a run, but its Sparks don’t come back — the engine bills for the time it ran.
• Undo, crop and the AI tools wait while an edit is running. If a finished result can’t go straight into the picture, Studio adds it as a new layer instead of dropping it.

2. Tap Upload the photo you want to change, or one of your recent dreams.
3. Pick a tool. They’re grouped as Restore, Change, Restyle, and Free & instant.
4. Fill in what it asks for — a size, a scene or your own words — and tap Run. The price is on the button.
5. Keep the result with Save, or take it further with Use in Create or Animate.

• Keep the page open until your result appears.
• Tools chain: the next tool works on the current result. Undo goes back to your original photo.
• Paid results are saved to your Gallery. Free results aren’t — tap Save to keep them.

2. Under The person, tap Add a full-body photo.
3. Under The clothes, tap Add a garment — up to 6.
4. Optional: add a note, like “wear the jacket open”.
5. Tap Try it on. The result appears under The fit and in your Gallery.

21 ✦ for the first garment, plus 8 ✦ for each extra one. The button shows the total.

• Use one clear photo per garment, laid flat or on a plain background.
• Keep the page open until your result appears.

1. Phone: Dream → Trends. Or tap a look on Home under Trending looks.
2. Pick a look and add a clear, well-lit photo. A few looks take two photos.
3. Leave the quality on fast (10 ✦), or pick medium or high for a sharper picture that costs more.
4. Tap Dream it. It usually takes under a minute and lands in your Gallery too.

• Open in Chat to adjust lets you change the wording first. Nothing is spent until you send.
• Again makes another version, and is charged again.
• Your photo stays loaded when you switch looks.

• Pictures: open one, tap Share and turn on Share to Explore. On a computer, the lock on a Gallery picture does the same.
• Clips: tap the lock on a clip in Video.
• Songs: tap the lock in Music, choose your options, then Share song.
• Tap the globe to make anything private again.

• Pictures show their prompt. Anyone can download them and tap Remix this.
• Clips show their prompt. Anyone can watch and download them.
• Songs show their title, cover and lyrics. The style shows only if Show my prompt on Explore is on. Others can cover and download a song only if you turn on Let others cover it.
• Your username, if you’ve set one.

Tap your ✦ balance, then Claim your username. Use 3–20 lowercase letters, numbers or _. It shows as “by @yourname” on everything you share, including older posts, and can’t be changed in the app once saved.

Each new person who remixes one of your pictures or covers one of your songs earns you 1 ✦ — once per person, across everything you’ve shared. During creator-reward events it’s up to 3×, and Explore shows a banner while one is running. Rewards show in your Spark history as Creator reward.

1. Sign in, then open the picture, clip or song on Explore.
2. Tap Report and choose the reason that fits best. You can add a short note.
3. Send it. Our team reviews every reported item.

• When several different people report the same item, it’s hidden from Explore automatically until we’ve reviewed it.
• You can’t report your own work, and there’s a limit on how many reports one person can send in an hour.
• Whoever made the item isn’t told who reported it.
• If something of yours is hidden, it stays in your Gallery. If you think it was a mistake, email support@mimpi.io.

1. Make a picture with a look in Trends, or with a template in Create.
2. Share it to Explore — turn on Share to Explore. You need a username, so it can be credited.
3. Tap Get featured on your result. Tick both boxes — you’re 18 or older, and the photo is yours or everyone in it said yes — and send it.
4. We look at each one. If yours is picked, it becomes the look’s example, shown as “Featured · @yourname”, and you get 50 ✦.

• A featured pick earns at least 50 ✦. It lands in your Spark history as Featured pick.
• Sending a result doesn’t guarantee it’s picked. A newer pick replaces the example shown on the look.
• You can withdraw at any time, and it stops being the example.
• The result has to be something you made on mimpi. The mimpi team can’t be featured.
